Do you have a list of hotels for the area?

Is parking available? 

There is plenty of free on-street & off-street parking nearby.  The closest parking lot is less than 150 yards away from registration.

Is there anything for the family to do while I am riding?

While you are out riding, the family can hang out at the pool, playground and picnic facilities.  Another option is to visit one of the many nearby attractions such a Cabela's or Oglebay's Good Zoo.

I do not use my credit card for online purchases, can I pre-register using cash or check?

Yes, you may pre-register by using cash or check.  You will need to contact us so that we can pre-register you.  We would expect a check to be mailed to the Young Life office to guarantee your registration.

Can I use my credit card the day of the event? 

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept credit cards online through the registration process.  On the day of the event, we will only be able to accept cash and/or checks. 

I pre-registered but I am not going to be able to make it.  Can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds online.  We would encourage you to think of it as a tax-deductible donation to Young Life. 

The website says this is a fully supported event.  What does that mean?

We will provide the riders with food, water and restrooms at rest stops.  We will not offer bikes, tires, wheels or mechanical services for broken parts (spokes, chains, etc).
